Mr. P's Electric Cock
Mr. P’s Electric Cock is a hidden wonder on the South Congress strip. Of course, this truck sampled chicken strips because chicken is their specialty. The food is amazing and so is the service! If you ever find yourself on SoCo, don’t miss out on this experience.

Taco Baby
Taco Baby is a delicious food truck on Lamar Street that offers a variety of different taco samples. From pork, to chicken, to fish, the possibilities are endless. The chef prepared the food wonderfully and personally delivered the food right to our table. The experience was phenomenal!

The Texas Cuban
The Texas Cuban is another appetizing food truck located on South Lamar. When I arrived, the picnic tables were packed and the window was busy! The employees were very friendly and prompt in completing the orders, though. If you are looking to have a great time and taste some yummy food, definitely go to The Texas Cuban!

The Short Bus was by far the most comedic food truck I visited because of its sandwich names! Located in the Barton Springs area, this food truck sampled any sandwich on the menu in a three-inch package. Don’t be fooled, though, this mini sandwich was very filling. So, if you are ever in the mood for a delectable sandwich, visit The Short Bus and try one of the many delicious school themed sandwiches!

Way South Philly
Way South Philly is a very tasty food truck on Waller and 6th street. This downtown truck allows the public to travel to Philadelphia with its mini Philly cheesesteak samples. This savory meal is something everyone needs to try when they visit Austin!

Gourdoughs is always one of the busiest Austin foods trucks due to its unique food choice: doughnuts! Everything on the menu is made with this savory treat. During the Truck By Truckwest event, Gourdoughs sampled a holiday themed doughnut. It was pumpkin flavored and very yummy! Gourdoughs is a doughnut lover’s paradise.
